Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy. Return shipping is FREE.
*Please note, due to the intimate nature of certain products, select items such as swimwear, hosiery, and lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not fit as expected, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you on a replacement or refund when applicable.
The following conditions must be met in order to make a return:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags remain attached to the garments (No exceptions)
Please contact us at orders@devonsunmentionables.com to initiate a return. Please indicate in your email your order number and which item(s) you would like to return.
You will then be sent a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with the above conditions outlined in this Return and Refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that the terms of our Return and Refund policy have not been met.
Once your return has been accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, there may be a delay before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have processed your return, please contact us via e-mail at orders@devonsunmentionables.com.
