Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free returns on eligible items (you will not have to pay the shipping costs to return an item).
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please note, if you do receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, you will be required to submit an image of the item.
Items sent back to us first without requesting a return will not be accepted.
The following conditions must be met in order to return an item:
- Item(s) must be unworn (excludes trying it on), unsoiled and unwashed, and the tags remain attached to the garments (No exceptions).
- We suggest that you either do not wear or wipe off toiletries such as deodorant, body make-up, perfumes, powders and lotions when trying on your purchase. While these toiletries are useful, they can leave a scent or mark on the garment, which may make the item ineligible for return.
- Please ensure that you try on any new purchase of underwear over your own previously-purchased underwear to determine if the fit and style is to your liking.
- If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please send us an image of the item
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
DeVon’s Unmentionables Inc. reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Refund Policy. Any returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back at the customer’s cost, at our discretion.
Please contact us at orders@devonsunmentionables.com to initiate a return. Please indicate in your email your order number, which item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why you are returning the item(s).
If the return is accepted, you will be sent a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, if you are returning more than one item, you may have to return each item in a separate package, with a different shipping label.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with the above conditions outlined in this Refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns when it is apparent that the terms of our Refund policy have not been met.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, there may be a delay before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at orders@devonsunmentionables.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time. The fastest way to ensure that you get the item that you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
